The Project Director will work with clients and colleague to deliver unforgettable experiences and high level client satisfaction.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Take briefs from multiple clients, analyze clients’ needs based on a strong understand of the brand
• Communicate with Strategist to define a clear objective and strategy, with Creative Director on the idea generation and the creative development process
• Direct the work of the team to guarantee projects on quality, on time and on budget.
• Be the go to person of the clients, creative team and project team members from early stages through development and delivery, and measure success of each stage.
• Knowledge and experience to respond accurately on cost and budgeting, provide solution to construction and other onsite issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous successful experience with large events of luxury /fashion/lifestyle brands, from creative input to onsite management
• Experience of managing a team of junior and mid-senior level project managers
• Strategic thinking, working in Partner with our clients and able to maintain clients and business
• Result driven, strong financial acumen
• English & Mandarin fluent
